  • Blues Fest Main Stage is at Noyo Headlands Park overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean! You will have the option of sitting outside of the tent (in the sun) if you prefer. Causal seating like last year. BYO folding chairs!
  • Note: Noyo Headlands Park is off Hwy 1 at Cypress Street intersection. Just head west! This park is a part of our 10-mile Bluff Trail and borders the Pacific Ocean.

FESTIVAL Policies & How To's?

· Please bring your own folding camping-style chair. Normal height is fine!

· This event is inside & outside of a big tent. If weather is nice, front & sides will be open. Feel free to sit outside and enjoy.

· We will have limited handicapped seating area inside the tent. These will be wooden folding chairs. About 25 seats.

· Please do not bring chairs and blankets to create a compound of space. Be mindful of others.

· Wear sun hats & sunscreen. Bring layers. It can get really cold by the Pacific Ocean (depending on sun & wind both.)

· Sorry but NO DOGS allowed inside the festival grounds. They are allowed at the park itself and there is a doggie park & trails.

· NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL PERMITTED.  Mendocino Food Network will be selling Beer, Wine & Distilled Spirits.

· FOOD VENDORS: We will have 2 different types of Mexican + Hot Dogs sold by Gloriana Musical Theatre.)

· YES, YOU CAN BRING YOUR OWN FOOD AS WELL….but we also hope you support our vendors, so they keep coming back!

· NO HARD COOLERS. Soft coolers & small 6-pack coolers are fine. They will be check for alcohol.

· Vendors will be selling soda’s, sparkling waters, flavored lemonades & Mexican Coffee Drinks by El Mitote Café!

· PARKING: We have parking at Noyo Headlands Park for about 300 cars. Please carpool if you can. As it fills up, some of the parking will be a bit of a walk. We’ll have a spot to unload passengers & chairs once the parking starts filling up.

· HANDICAP PARKING: We’ll have 10 Handicapped parking spots that fill up quickly. Please consider your level of need before using these spots.

· COST OF PARKING/ATTENDANTS – FLOCKWORKS (a local nonprofit) is managing our parking and requesting $10 Per Car Donation. Please help by bringing cash for parking and exact change would be appreciated to keep the line moving. Please follow the parking attendants’ instructions and don’t’ go rogue. There is a system in place that will make it easier and more friendly for everyone.

· CHECK-IN/TICKETS: We are going old-school and using a paper guestlist to check you in at all venues. This moves things along much quicker than scanning. Plus, our area has questionable internet. Cell reception works great at most locations. Please have your tickets accessible on your phone to show in case of discrepancy. I will be sending all this info out in an email to ticketholders and if you receive that email, WE HAVE YOU ON OUR LIST!

· ALL-ACCESS PASS HOLDERS: You can check-in early on Friday, May 1st, between 11AM-1PM in front of Tall Guy Brewery (corner of Laurel & Franklin St.) to pick up your wrist bands.

· WEEKEND PASS HOLDERS: You, too, can check-in early on Friday, May 1st, between 11AM-1PM in front of Tall Guy Brewery (corner of Laurel & Franklin St.) to pick up your wrist bands.

· All other guests will check in at the door before each event!

· HEADLINER ONLY PASSES – PLEASE READ: You can check-in 45 minutes before showtime. Roy Rogers plays at 5PM so that means 4:15PM. PLEASE NOTE: You’ll be entering Noyo Headlands Park more than half-way through the day which means parking might be difficult (especially on SATURDAY!) If possible, please try to get dropped off, use a ride-share service, ride a bike, or park outside of the Park on Franklin St. and walk in. You’re welcome to try to park at Noyo Headlands but consider this a heads-up!

· BRING CASH: Did I mention there’s no internet at Noyo Headlands Park? I say this regarding payment systems at food vendors, the MERCH table, and the bar. Cell is good on a clear day, and apps “should” work, but might not hurt to have cash-on-hand just in case.

· FESTIVAL GATES OPEN: At Noyo Headlands Park – Gates open at 12noon on Saturday & 11AM on Sunday.

· NOYO CENTER FOR MARINE SCIENCES: Shares the same property as Noyo Headlands Park to the north. They have a beautiful interpretive center called The Crow’s Nest. Please take time to visit this during your stay and see their aquarium of local tidal life, exhibits, and Blue Whale vertebrae fragments & baleen.

· PLEASE BE PATIENT & KIND: This is our first rodeo out here at Noyo Headlands Park and there will be kinks to work out. Please know, we’re doing our very best! Our team of organizers, volunteers, and non-profits are all coming together to put on a GREAT FESTIVAL. We’re all there for a good time, to let our hair down, and listen to some AWESOME BLUES!

THANK YOU. WE HOPE YOU ENJOY THE FESTIVAL!
